The old saying goes: Never drink red wine with fish, and don't you DARE put the red in the fridge (or something like that). Well, we all know neither of these constraints is true; in fact, chilled reds are becoming insanely popular and in-demand at bars and restaurants. In this class, Ren will take you through the best red wines to put a lil' chill on—including some surprises!
Taught by Flatiron's own Ren Peir, this class will begin at 6:00pm on Monday, August 19 and run for approximately 90 minutes. Wines tasted in class will be available for purchase with a discount available to attendees only. Seating is limited.
